I liked the part of the interview where the foreperson explained how they brought in new evidence in the jury room through expert testimony by the jury nurse(s) on the toxicology reports.

Silly me. I always thought jurors were only allowed to consider evidence from within the trial that comes from a pretrial agreement by both a defense and prosecution as to the witnesses who will give testimony.

I had no idea a juror could replace the trial opinion on toxicology with their own expertise. Silly me.

Wilson Tindi, a former director at the Minnesota Department of Education, was first exposed by Alpha News in June 2025 in an investigative report that sparked a firestorm online about the state's hiring practices.
