@RailMinIndia can you please help me get a coupe for existing reservation? I am traveling with my 4 month old puppy and the reservation officer of the originating station is asking for me to be personally present to request a coupe which I can't do. My PNR is 6529897382.
@airindia A client should not have to deal with chasing support team over multiple platforms and emails while dealing with a medical issue. Can you please expedite this case?
@airindia I could not take the trip due to medical emergency and my previous experience with such situations in other airlines has been much smoother. The support team at air india instead has collected a lot more personal and medical details and not given a resolution for almost 2 months
