@FASTag_NETC I’d like to bring unethical practices to your knowledge about @ICICIBank / @ICICIBank_Care selling FASTag for new vehicles. Due to this I’m forced to change all my travel plans and bear losses.
Their practices are troublesome for all new customers.
I informed @ICICIBank about my issue on 12th Oct but even after all this time there is still no solution. My bill was generated on 12th Oct and again afterwards, yet I am still not receiving my reward points.

@ICICIBank_Care@fastagofficial Your customer care is not supporting and iMobile app is not letting me raise the query. This transaction should be reversed and necessary amendments should be made to take care of future trips.

However, now there is another issue. Mine is EV and is exempted from tolls at Mumbai - Pune expressway as per Maharashtra government laws. Despite this I was charged ₹240 at Khalapur toll plaza.

My simple request is to close the card. I got a call from customer care today mentioning my mother’s name is incorrect and she cannot proceed with the request. Is this how you trouble your customers. How come the name was alright until I raised card closure request?
@KotakCares I’m not able to understand process. The caller clearly claimed that they are keeping unmasked aadhar in the form of scanned copy for 3 months in the system and that they are redacting it manually from the physical copy post scanning. @RBI@UIDAI
@KotakBankLtd I’m being asked to submit unmasked aadhar in your downtown-antarli branch. Please let me know how can they ask for unmasked aadhar when masked aadhar can also work for the verification and I have also completed KYC using biometric in the branch itself.

@KotakCares Yes. I got a call from the bank. She said if I will not give unmasked aadhar then it will take more time to process. Else, produce Passport copy.
@KotakCares We discussed (I spoke to your representative). The action plan is that the representative will email the concerned branch about not seeking real aadhar number as it’s not required.
I’ll also visit the branch tomorrow and close the loop.
