माघ माह शुक्ल पक्ष तिथि एकादशी विक्रम संवत 1575 (सन 1518) को कबीर साहेब ने एक चादर नीचे बिछाई और एक ऊपर ओढ़ ली। कुछ फूल कबीर साहेब के नीचे वाली चादर पर दो इंच मोटाई में बिछा दिये। थोड़ी देर में आकाशवाणी हुई कि मैं तो सतलोक जा रहा हूँ।
