@airtelindia Recharged ₹399 via Google Pay because it was advertised as 2.5GB/day for 28 days. The promised data was never activated. Customer care now claims it was only a JioHotstar subscription. This was never disclosed during purchase.

After multiple complaints, Airtel support informed me that the recharge was only for a "JioHotstar 1-month subscription" and did not include any data benefits. This is misleading and unacceptable. Customers cannot be held responsible for incorrect.
