@pizzahutuk It was at Lakeside Thurrock, I waited almost 15 mins for it and when I got to my car I saw this! It is extremely offensive to my religious beliefs and I had to rush off to tickets booked so couldn't get it replaced. It's absolutely unacceptable.

@Caitlinlgolding @Hermesparcels I am having the same issue! No reply to emails, the phone line is impossible to get hold of and when you do they can't help and promise to call back but don't! I use Hermes 2-3 times a week but think its time to change that!
