@dan_bernstein genuinely hope you’re having a terrible day go fuck yourself and threaten more children while you’re at it
No one respects you or likes you
You are a whiny sad shell of a man
@BleacherReport Why would you even give this the time of day? This is why sports media is so fucking abysmal now.
Whoever wrote this I hope you know that you are hated and you perpetuate everything thats wrong with American media.
Favorite Patrick Kane memories?
Mine has to be Game 6 of the 2010 SCF. My then girlfriends' dad wanted to meet for dinner and I couldn't snake out of it so we went out to dinner in the middle of nowhere Illinois, and I missed the first period and a half.
After it wraps up we find this random bar with the game on. It's packed, shoulder to shoulder, I'm basically standing underneath where the TV is mounted, neck crooked up at a 45 degree angle.
OT rolls around. When I was first learning to watch hockey in the late 90's my friend taught me to always watch the back of the net on a shot, since at the time HD wasn't a thing to pick up puck movement very clearly, it was the best way to track the puck after the shot.
So when Patrick Kane deked from the left circle and half slapped a puck on the net my eyes were trained on the back the net, seeing a barely noticeable black blur shoot past Brian Boucher and lodge itself under the lip of the goal.
The only two people in the bar who knew we won the cup then and there were Patrick Kane on the TV in bar and myself. I was celebrating alone for what felt like an eternity (it was probably more like 3-5 seconds.)
Then the rest of the bar went nuts, hugs were shared with complete strangers and the Marian Hossa jersey I was wearing that night still smells fainty of beer.
And I still get goosebumps typing it out.
Welcome back, #88.
@PuckinHostile Didn’t Bernstein get fired for threatening to dox a guy who made a comment online about his fishing gamesmanship? I’m not sure a tool like that who makes dumb mistakes in his 60s should be listened to when it comes to a guy who left his dumb decisions in his early 20s.
