A FB account was hacked and 3 weeks later, I am still waiting for an email to allow me to log in and change my password and remove the two-factor authentication, the hacker has set up. @Facebook - You have the worst helpdesk in the world. Accounts hacked but the helpdesk which can only be contacted via email has not replied in 3 weeks. Not just companies, people should also boycott Facebook!
