@makemytrip Your V7 Hotel in Chennai eas my worst experience. Front office staff is so unhappy, it takes them 30 minutes with two reminders to get two bottle of water & the food was really bad too! I wonder if you guys do an audit yourself of these hotels. Would not go there next
