as we know, discrimination isn’t always obvious.. it can be subtle, systemic, or unintentional. so i understand why people reacted strongly to this, but here is the full transcript, so everyone can judge for themselves with proper context:

🐶 there are so many people like that, you know. this morning, you guys went to get breakfast, but couldn’t even place an order for a long time. i had gone to wash up, so i came down like 10 or 15 minutes later, but our food came out first, my breakfast came first ㅋㅋㅋ

🐶 but you had called them though?
🦦 we called them, but they told us to wait, a ‘please wait a moment’ kind of thing, then they went around taking all the other tables’ orders (🐱 that's right) they came back, poured us some water, and when we said we’d like to order, they told us ‘please wait’ again and just left.

🐶 no, it’s not that. there are different people, different staff members, you know. like, when you go to restaurants, usually, there are people who serve water and take beverage orders, and then there are others who are in charge of taking food orders

🐱 yeah, so we tried with that person, but they were busy handling other tables. and it was actually a different person, not them, who ended up taking jaehyun’s order. so it turns out that the one who told us to wait was actually busy, and the one who took jaehyun’s order was someone else entirely.

@SnowyRose14_ yes, exactly! it just sucks being from here and having some fans say how much they hated chicago and how they’ll never some back. did they tell them lol?? it’s disheartening but i hope they at least will look back on their time here warmly.

@taesancentral i may be in the wrong but when they do things over here it should be exclusive to the u.s. kfans get to see them and interact with them basically the whole year, there’s no need for them to be coming over here too and taking spots from fans that rarely get to see them.
