@AmericanAir your customer service, specifically your supervisors are a very poor representation of your company. I wasted two hours of my day trying to fix a mistake that one of your employees made with no apology or empathy. Status means nothing.
@Optum_Support took 9 phone calls to figure out that a PA was missing for my loading dose. Thank God for the last rep who helped! Phone call 4 or 5 was interrupted by the crowing roosters in the background while talking to your rep. Unprofessional!!
@NavyFederal Horrible service at your LV Decatur branch today. I am a new member, went for a notary and was told my spouse couldn't join in branch. Terrible experience. What other bank or credit union wants my 401k rollover and real estate settlement? Oh, all other accounts too?
