It's been 3 and a half weeks since starting this convo with @CIBC and we still haven't reached a resolution. I created an account on their Merit Loyalty resolution portal, filed a ticket, and still have not heard back. #CIBC #Westjet

I called the @CIBC Rewards hotline to cancel a flight within @WestJet's 24hr cancellation policy. I was put on hold for 1 hr and 30 mins and missed the cancellation deadline by 20 mins. Agent said I'm SOL. This doesn't seem right. #cibc @westjet

@VaxHuntersCan @UHN It's resolved for some but not all. It seems anyone that left the middle-name field blank when they signed up for the waitlist are still getting the error.

Or a period? Or something that would cause the form to not register (null) which the website code reads and thinks it is a form of "hacking"

@UHN Seems also to be caused by having NULL in middle name. This is also hardcoded...

I feel like you may need to actually get in contact with UHN. Is there anything strange about any of the characters in your auto-filled name box?

#UHN @UHN I received an e-mail that invited me to sign up for a vaccine but it was under a different name. After clicking into the portal it says I'm banned from accessing the site with a rude message. Seems like others been having the same problem
