@HookEm_Sports@billy_3_texas@Doc_Texas@censoredhorn This isn’t me defending the gameplan at all.
Y’all had Bijan and the No. 2 overall prospect at QB and OU had a TE playing QB.
Different story this year.
@HookEm_Sports@billy_3_texas@Doc_Texas@censoredhorn Dude if you’re so null that you think Quinn Ewers and Nick Evers are the same prospect, idk what to tell you.
Congrats to Texas for beating OU just the 4th time in 12 years. Only took us playing a TE at QB.
@billy_3_texas@HookEm_Sports@Doc_Texas@censoredhorn What does that have to do with this convo? I’m not crying. He left OU but I can acknowledge he’s a generational QB.
Punked Texas so he’ll always have my respect. Lincoln owned Texas too 🤣
@HookEm_Sports@billy_3_texas@Doc_Texas@censoredhorn At what point did I justify it? I just said it was a fact that a TE was played at QB. Since you can’t comprehend, I’ll spell it out for you: never said it was a good gameplan.
@HookEm_Sports@billy_3_texas@Doc_Texas@censoredhorn Highly sought after and real game experience are two different things.
Texas has a blue chip QB and had a all time RB, yes they should have won 10 games—but settle for 8.
@HookEm_Sports@billy_3_texas@Doc_Texas@censoredhorn Doesn’t matter who was and wasn’t available. The fact is OU played a TE at QB that game.
The best part is Texas still went 8-5 in OU’s worst season in two decades. Just incredibly mid.
