Pengu Valentines 💝
Not many people know that during the launch of one of the Pudgy Penguins NFT (@pudgypenguins) collections in Sticker Store (@stickers_tg) on the TON blockchain (I believe it was Ice, Midas, and Classic Pengu), a technical error unexpectedly reopened the mint for the Pengu Valentines collection—even though it had already been sold out for about a year.
As a result, the collection’s supply increased by roughly 1,000 NFTs.
Credit where it’s due: once the developers discovered the issue, they started buying back the “extra” stickers for up to 10× the floor price. My copy, for example, was bought back for 150 TON.
Did anyone else here get lucky enough to mint this unique artifact? 👀
Pengu Valentines is a collection of NFT stickers by Pudgy Penguins, released on the TON blockchain for Valentine’s Day with an original supply of 8,288 NFTs. According to the founder of Pudgy Penguins (@LucaNetz ), it’s one of his favorite collections.

@durov Just tell everyone your position on NFT stickers. While you've been silent for 2 years, various projects have continued to sell, and people have been spending their money in the hope of integration. If you don't plan to implement it, please let us know that it won't happen

We’ve seen first hand with @ChimpersHQ how powerful digital collectibles become when they’re fully integrated into a community and ecosystem.
I don’t think Unique Stickers dilute Gifts because they serve a different purpose. Gifts are about collecting and identity, while Stickers are used every day to express yourself in conversations.
I’d love to see Telegram make Unique Stickers feel more distinct by highlighting their ownership, rarity, a dedicated collection tab on profiles, and a subtle indicator in chats.
Those changes would make collecting more visible without taking anything away from Gifts, while giving creators and communities another compelling way to build collectible culture on Telegram.
It's already happening, it just needs validation.
@stickers_tg put together a great proposal for this last year.
@s0meone_u_know Couldn’t agree more.
Most people chase green candles instead of doing the work early. The real edge is spotting undervalued culture before attention arrives.
Interesting things happen there. $EGOR 👀
