@nebula_world@prem_sukh29 Got my AU Vetta Visa Credit Card delivered, and I also got confirmation about it being LTF from customer care via email.
Thanks @nebula_world for your help.
@nebula_world@prem_sukh29@nebula_world I am getting option for Vetta & Altura+ but it is showing one time fee for both.
Will it be converted to LTF or I need to pay the fees here, please confirm.

I had asked earlier if closing my BOB OneCard & applying for an LTF Eterna after a month was a good idea. Here's what actually happened…

11 Nov: Got a verification call → they said it’s for Eterna.
21 Nov: Got message of card approval.
23 Nov: Received last 4 digits & activated it → It’s BOB Eterna (Rupay), same card I applied offline on 24 Oct.

@nihaldjoshi@iSatishAgarwal You won't get it through the offline application either if you have a BOB OneCard. I've tried it. The only way to get it is to close your BOB OneCard and then apply for Eterna.
@iSatishAgarwal For the same reason,
If I get BOB Eterna LTF confirmation, then only would I be happy to close the OneCard. Otherwise, I would not, as it has a good limit and will not be reissued.
@Flipkart@flipkartsupport Still waiting for the promised ₹968 price difference SuperCoins for my Samsung Watch 7 order that I received on Oct 15th. I only received 500 SuperCoins so far.
This is a follow-up to my previous tweet. Please look into this urgently.
@flipkartsupport@Flipkart
@FlipkartSupport@Flipkart@_Kalyan_K@jeyanv — My Samsung Galaxy Watch 7, ordered on Sept 25 during BBD sale, is still not delivered. It was promised on Oct 1 → Oct 3 → Oct 6 → Oct 7 → Oct 8 → Oct 9 → Oct 11. Is this the kind of service Flipkart provides?
I’ve now reordered the same watch at ₹14,225.
So, as per their assurance, I should get:
500 + (14,225 – 13,257) = 1,468 SuperCoins credited to my account.
Let’s see how much @Flipkart@flipkartsupport actually credits — and when.
Update: @Flipkart@flipkartsupport has finally cancelled my order and issued a full refund of ₹13,257.
They informed me that if I reorder the same product within 10 days, I’ll receive 500 SuperCoins, plus extra SuperCoins for any price difference from my original order.
Flipkart even ran PR campaigns with @sundaysarthak before BBD to rebuild its image: https://t.co/2uLIM3xxCU https://t.co/RxD3zO6rTN
But the ground reality for customers is completely different.
