While it’s important to support our students and ask for educational reforms that positively impact the future of our youth, it’s also very important that peaceful protests by students are Not hijacked by anti national elements to create chaos & change the nature of the protest.
Seeing so much hate & divide online makes me wonder if bad elements in & outside our country have already started to work overtime to weaponise the anger & frustration felt by our students.
I have always believed in hard work, equality and excellence & that should never be compromised. I also believe in our democracy, law and order & our government, therefore I sincerely hope that both sides enter into meaningful & constructive dialogue & weed out any nefarious elements & agendas out of this protest & conversation , so the future is bright for our youth and for our democracy ! 🇮🇳 Jai Hind !

hello. here is a drive documenting a lot of atrocities that the state of India has committed against it's citizens in the last two days. This is not all and this is a growing document. Please share and amplify!! https://t.co/ciqFS0cdcb
We have marched to PM Modi’s house to demand answers from him for the brutalities against young students yesterday.
The Government doesn’t want to take any accountability or does it want to have a debate on it in Parliament.
PM and HM must resign for destroying the future of India’s youth.
“Dharmendra Pradhan is intermediary. Home Minister has beaten up the students. AMIT SHAH has to resign.” - LOP Rahul Gandhi.
And friends THIS is why Modi & Co ONLY n ONLY FEAR this ONE Man.
not abt oppression Olympics but it is kind of funny that internet jammed for a few hours in delhi makes u say democracy is dead but when we had internet and phone network banned for MONTHS it was crickets…. “essential for maintaining peace” even…
Your reminder that several areas in Maharashtra are draught hit. The financial capital almost ran out of water and the lakes had less than 10% water left. This will only get worse with data centres. This protest is crucial.
We were stopped from getting to Jantar Mantar & stopped from protesting peacefully for what is rightfully ours but we were not silenced. This is only the beginning of our struggle for statehood, our rights, our dignity and everything that was taken away from us.
the ken betwa river link project is india's first river interlinking project. the idea is simple on paper; take water from the ken river in madhya pradesh and transfer it to the betwa river through a canal to irrigate the drought prone bundelkhand region

Despite the valid criticism and the possibility that this entire protest may ultimately lead to nothing, today still feels like a testament to our collective consciousness. Thousands inside, thousands still approaching, all united by the simple belief that showing up matters.
@Wangchuk66 does not matter any more. People do. They are on the streets to reclaim their sovereignty. The large numbers are a warning to the rogue government. This is a moment of the people. It has its value.
Sonam Wangchuk's wife, Gitanjali Angmo, addressed the gathering Jantar Mantar, saying that Wangchuk will end his 21-day hunger strike tomorrow if leaders visit him at Safdarjung Hospital, promising accountability, and raise the education issue in Parliament.
