On 19 April 2023, He entered a Sagarpur home while the complainant and his girlfriend watched an IPL match, claiming to be from a cyber police station.

He slapped and threatened the couple, seized their phones, took about Rs 10 lakh and a gold chain from a locker, and obtained debit-card PINs under duress.

He was arrested the next day and suspended from service under Article 311(2)(b) after an enquiry found him guilty.

Soon after, he made an out of court settlement and got FIR on him quashed, Dalli Police immediately reinstated him.

Today, he is now Dalli Police’s lead actor in creating fake sympathy with orchestrated bandages and ketchups.

This is the state of the National Capital’s police, working like a criminal organisation.

#BREAKING Supreme Court's judgment upholding SIR must be recalled as it was a result of a fraud played by the Election Commission of India by misrepresenting facts and misleading the Court, says Justice Gopala Gowda, former Supreme Court Judge.

He says the Supreme Court must suo motu recall the SIR judgment, and call for all records from the ECI to ascertain if the SIR decision was taken by the Full Commission with the concurrence and approval of majority of Election Commissioners.

❌ The ECI has deleted the Press Note dated 26-09-2026 from its website and also the X post announcing it.

26-09-2026: Gyanesh Kumar led ECI told the Nation that changes in Form 6 were “upheld by the Supreme Court”.

05-10-2026: The Supreme Court clarifies that it has not approved the Modified Form 6 (which includes the Declaration).
