Have you lived 24/7 with a child who won't sleep, won't eat enough let alone anything healthy, hurts you etc. Until you have I don't think you get to judge. Work with families not against them.

An age old problem because society doesn't value ppl. I don't use CB. "Behaviours of concern" instead. Attention maintained behaviour reframed as "I'm distressed, help!" too. Educate every time you hear misuse of terms
