@_tomwall Thanks so much for writing this, Tom. I've had the pleasure (?) of looking through hours of police footage from that protest and the actions of the police that day were horrific. It speaks volumes that people here are still defending them.

@british_airways The last guy I spoke to from BA (not from the change bookings team as that number doesn't exist according to your answerphone) told me to call back in an hour. He said lines 24/7 but just called and they shut at 2000. I can't deal with your hold music any longer

@British_Airways I do think it's a bit crazy that you can take £1.5k from me for a return flight to Rio but still not have enough money to maintain your website or answer your phone (so I can give you more money). I just want a simply date change and it's taking over my life.
