@EE hi, i am about to trade in my old iphone, but it says that I need to do it by 18th, but as the post office won’t be open until Monday it might arrive afterwards, will this be a problem?

@EE I think there was also confusion because I received my trade in package only last Wednesday, but I have spoken to an advisor and they said it should be okay and I won’t receive the late charge
