@somebodyfeedkaz @Sofology This happened to me last week. I was caller number 70 and got cut off 3 hours into the holding queue, which was fantastic. Then they wouldn’t deliver my sofa as they forgot that they had to collect the previously damaged one. They are unbelievable.

Her achilles, which she ruptured last year, failed her again after 80m of 200m event. She collapsed in agony on the track, but refused treatment & a wheelchair, and insisted on hobbling to the finish line.
THAT is courage.
