Just to add to everything else everyone has to pay for. But it’s not just us who have to pay to register, same for doctors, nurses, midwives. Should employers foot this cost?

With 5% increase from @thecsp and a 20% rise from @The_HCPC we are now looking at £45pcm to come to work. Its a struggle to see the current value of either in the real world, and no where near a deal that is a fair and equitable pay rise/conditions for NHS staff. Untenable #nhs
