When you wait all day for your @RoyalMail item to be delivered, to then find out they delivered it to a different house who are now on holiday for a week 🤬 next day delivery & signature postage was chosen for a reason!!

[Sophie Kirk @sopho16]

@chicagotown when you treat yourself to pizza & it’s all squashed but no damage to the box 😩

[Sophie Kirk @sopho16]

@TUIUK reject compensation claim for a flight delayed over 3hrs & didn't offer any water/food as complimentary during these delayed hours. Our flight turned into over 7hrs on a plane instead of 4hrs!

[Sophie Kirk @sopho16]

Absolutely horrendous customer service from @virginmedia would not recommend them at all!

[Sophie Kirk @sopho16]

@marksandspencer so disappointing to see that you are taking away the barista machines and replacing them with normal machines which make the coffee in one press of a button! The cafe is barely used downstairs now & yet you are still changing the rest of the machines in store 😡

[Sophie Kirk @sopho16]

@virginmedia paid for pay per view last weekend & signed up for the free month access on DAZN but now it won’t register my log in 😭 please help!

[Sophie Kirk @sopho16]

@McDonaldsUK I ordered & paid for extra egg & got no egg at all! Plus out of hash browns, what is going on!?

[Sophie Kirk @sopho16]

Please help @TUIUK I need to check in and it won’t let me, keeps saying error and hasn’t shown the form for additional passenger information 😓

[Sophie Kirk @sopho16]

@TUIUK online check in not working & just keep getting error message! Please help 😭

[Sophie Kirk @sopho16]

So disappointed that @marksandspencer have cancelled our sofa we ordered in the sale in July and expect us to be able to afford a new one with a small gift card 😭 Stress levels are through the roof right now!

[Sophie Kirk @sopho16]

First time wearing my @isawitfirst_CS dress & there is already a hole in the material 😭

[Sophie Kirk @sopho16]

@isawitfirst_CS was so looking forward to my order, yet it seems to have got lost before even arriving with Yodel 😭 help please!

[Selena Gomez @selenagomez]

Watching a Constitutional right be stripped away is horrific. A woman should have the right to CHOOSE what she wants to do with her own body. End of story.

[Sophie Kirk @sopho16]

@marksandspencer purchased a meal for one sweet & sour chicken, started to cook it and realised it has the wrong packaging on as doesn’t mention about how to cook the rice & I’ve paid more than I should have done ☹️ How can packaging be wrong?!

[Cadbury UK @CadburyUK]

🥳 🙌 💥 New limited edition #TwirlCaramel is very limited and very delicious. So we hid our ads to #ControlTwirlHype. But you found one and now you know how to claim your Twirl Caramel. Just keep it on the down-low, OK?

[Sophie Kirk @sopho16]

@pizzahutdeliver so frustrating when you have to reheat/cook all your delivery again because it was cold when it arrived & wedges undercooked ☹️

[Sophie Kirk @sopho16]

@marksandspencer please bring back white hot chocolate in the cafes 😭 missing my Christmas drink 🎄

[Sophie Kirk @sopho16]

@AquaSanaSpa brought 3 diffusers from Longleat Spa back in October to be sent out once they were back in stock & still not got them nearly a month on 😭 #updateneeded

[Sophie Kirk @sopho16]

@marksandspencer Fingers crossed! Will you be bringing back frangipane mince pies this year for Christmas?

[Sophie Kirk @sopho16]

So sad that @marksandspencer have stopped doing all my childhood favourite foods like the chicken no Mayo sandwich and pea & ham soup in a tin! Bring back my lunchtime faves 😭🤷🏽‍♀️
