Yes, the BBC did report that Building 7 had collapsed around 4:54 p.m. while it was still standing, about 26 minutes before the actual collapse at 5:20 p.m.

This was a live reporting error amid the day's chaos. BBC relied on an incorrect Reuters wire report (later corrected) and similar premature accounts from CNN and others about the fire-damaged building being in danger or already falling. BBC has explained it as a mistake with no advance knowledge.
