@ZARA_Care I have tried to speak to someone at Zara. I followed the processes & policy to return my items via Evri as return in store was not available. I received proof of delivery to the warehouse and now Zara is claiming to have lost it and not giving me a refund.
@ZARA_Care I wanted to post here that @ZARA_Care are blaming me for a lost my return when I have proof it got delivered to their warehouse and are withholding my refund ! Please post and share if you have had the same experience.

@ZARA_Care I have tried on WhatsApp and have been disappointed with the service and response as I have had to explain my case over 3 times and wanted to make a public statement to see if Zara’s response would change and my claim taken seriously.
