[Matthew Floyd @soreKneeRunner]

If they had hired him last year they would have won a nattie

I agree with this, but how do you deal with a team destroyer?

[Matt Lisle @CoachLisle]

Biggest Team Builder: When the best players are hardest workers at practice.
Biggest Team Destroyer: When the most talented players are lazy and uncommitted.

[Matthew Floyd @soreKneeRunner]

@CoachLisle What do you do when your most talented player has a bad attitude?

[Matthew Floyd @soreKneeRunner]

@AaronScottJr1 Go be great!

[Matthew Floyd @soreKneeRunner]

[Matthew Floyd @soreKneeRunner]

@bolHcole @Predamame Everyone has a body composition they run best at, finding can be hard. I tend to run my best at 155, I went below 150 for a marathon and ran terrible.

[Matthew Floyd @soreKneeRunner]

They should call Texas?? Make it a play in game!

[Clay Travis @ClayTravis]

Vandy is trying to find a team to play this weekend to improve their playoff chances. This would be incredible if they pulled it off. Just go to 16!

[Matthew Floyd @soreKneeRunner]

Would you pay 40mil to hire this guy?? Who is better in 5 years VT or PSU?

[College Basketball News @WojTCU]

BREAKING: Penn State has hired TCU head coach Sonny Dykes as their new coach.

The offer was made earlier this morning and it’s official. Penn State will have an introductory press conference tomorrow.

Penn State found their guy.

@reEVOLUTIONath I have been wondering about to effectively incorporate into a workout, can you tell me your workout?

[Matthew Floyd @soreKneeRunner]

They better hang 100 on them

[JBook. @JBook_37]

I would love to be a fly on the wall to listen to Ohio State offensive staff talk about how to attack Jim Knowles this week after seeing him every day for 3 years?

I wonder if they go tempo more knowing Knowles gets calls in late and requires a lot of presnap checks?

[Matthew Floyd @soreKneeRunner]

@johngoldman I am in the same spot as you starting from roughly a 5 hour marathon to trying for my BQ. Will you post your plan I would love to follow along!

[Matthew Floyd @soreKneeRunner]
