In the throws of writing a business plan. This is the opposite skill set to my 'on the fly, artist, build anything out of stuff' creative mindset. It's proper frying my brain. 😬
@CrystalPNight@KnownOrigin_io This is gonna sound weird, but I wish I was one of your kids.... or at least that someone would get me ramen, bubble tea and Naruto T-shirts!
@willposkett Yup. It's honestly really easy. Watch a few videos on how alcohol rots your brain and collapses your executive function, generally lowers your happy hormones and creates depression and anxiety... oh yeah and the BRAIN HOLES! Creates the right circumstances for early dementia!
@willposkett I would switch that to 'Don't drink. Full stop.' In my case. I wasted a lot of hours blacked out, a lot of brain cells not firing and a lot of money on nothing but liquid and a headache. Going dry was the best thing I could've ever done for my career!
@willposkett You don't have to wait for anyone's permission to begin something. If you want to write a book, do it. If you want to paint, do it. If you want to learn a new language, do it. You can wait a long time for the right moment. IT's always NOW.
@willposkett @a_calibre @VictoriaFutures@VectorMeldrew For and artist: It's a way to level the playing field, create direct connection with collectors and grow your career through digital means.
For the collector: Creates solid provenance and true growth in the market. Plus you're supporting the creator directly.
@Waxbones Take your time. We tend to speed up when we are nervous. Speak a lot more slowly and make notes on topics or angles you would like to talk about, that will create more clarity for you.
