A lot of my sadness comes from not being able to solve other peoples problems, especially when they’ve helped me so much with mine recently. I cannot put into words how truly grateful I am for those who surround me. I’ll spend my life trying to repay the love they show me ❤️

The past month or so my mental health has been at an all time low. I’m talking panic attacks every night before I go to sleep, making myself physically sick due to worrying about my health and mortality, and a tiredness that I wish a good nights sleep could cure.

I’m my own worst enemy. I know others have it harder and this is not me looking for a pity party. On the contrary I am so so grateful that although my family and friends are all struggling with their own personal issues right now they never fail to make me feel loved or valued.
