@My_Metro does the new web site have planned work or is that no longer available to those without the pop app?
Good to see the contact us button is now working.
@My_Metro Gosh that’s not easy to find. Not on the menu or along the bottom needs a search for “travel update search for “planned works” doesn’t work. Not showing on the pop app (using iPhone).
@My_Metro Is this weekend work still planned? Can’t find any mention of it on the pop app and don’t know if planned work is shown on the new web site (if it is I can’t find it).
@My_Metro I observed 2 CSA’s today tolerating it. To be honest today it may have been the best way of de-escalating the situation. But to say it’s not tolerated is factually incorrect as many passengers will have noticed.
@My_Metro recent announcement said ALL trains terminating at regent centre or Pelaw on Green line. Don’t think that is correct? People waiting at Regent Centre for Airport Trains which are sowing on PID and pop app doesn’t say no trains beyond regent centre?
@joncstone@ItsNotPiss Think you are looking at the timetable not the reality.
A sub 10 minute frequency on paper often means 30 min waits at stations.
The trains may be high capacity but there are not sufficient seats.
How can you say it’s a good system if you don’t know the reliability?
@My_Metro no there is still an issue with the web site - I have a vague recollection I’ve reported it before. Will put in an email to customer services. In some circumstances menu does not work. Eg select Menu / tickets. Then select menu again - none of menu options work.
@My_Metro It’s working again now. None of the pages from the main menu were accessible first thing this morning. Suspect some sort of update was happening but all ok now.
Just received this from Nexus via email. Is South Shields now in Zone B - hadn’t realised there was a change.
Also it doesn’t include zone D are prices on Northumberland line web site still correct?
@NorthEastPTUG @NorthEast_CA @KiMcGuinness Agree the location isn’t great. Hopefully there will be a good turn out from local people who will have specific issues in that area. Meetings are needed in Durham, Ashington, Newcastle and Sunderland & Hexham etc.
