@CommBank tried to open biz account in the morning, 9 hours later still can't get one. I was told by the live chat operator to validate my ID at a branch. I live in a COVID hotspot area and don't want to travel. No one seems to work in the CBA call centre these days.

@CommBank I finally moved my home loans from CBA to another bank. I thought I wouldn't have to deal with CBA anymore. Turns out they still haven't processed the closure of my loans after 2 months settlement and still holding on some of my funds.

@tarongazoo - I tried to purchase the ticket using the NSW Discover Voucher. The waiting time on the phone to speak to the right staff is really testing my patience. After wait for 10 mins, finally talked to a staff & then got transferred, waited for 10 mins before got terminated
