@ultabeauty Believe me, You're damaging your reputation when you make customers get down on their knees just to get what they already bought. Ulta needs to make this right & needs to make buying gift cards safe. You're not selling make-up; you're selling customer service & so far, it SUCKS.
@ultabeauty Emailing corporate was to no avail since they responded that the manager must find video evidence of it being used. Of course the manager never called Stacy back. Sounds like an inside job! Stay away from Ulta!!
@ultabeauty She did just what you directed and was told to contact the company who issues the card. It seems Ulta does not secure the cards sold in their store so that thieves don't take advantage. Sending her to a 3rd party is shirking your responsibility. She deserves a full credit.
@ultabeauty cont. My sister tried to use the card, only to be told that it was redeemed on December 17th, in their store. When she told the store manager that it was impossible she used it, manager suggested that maybe Stacy’s husband went in and used it!! cont.
@ultabeauty You have a problem. And remember, you're not selling make-up, you're selling customer service. This is exactly what happened to my sister at Ulta!! Her husband purchased a $100 Giftcard from Ulta at the Esplanade on December 12th then hid it till Christmas. cont.
@latimes Any problems w/ today's (Sunday's) paper? Why do I ask? B/c our delivery person has been late for weeks!!!!! We subscribe to the morning paper so we can read it in the morning! So fed up!!

@ATTCares Considering the amount of $ people spend on phones & cell phone service, the security & safety dept. would be well-funded. Iit seems marketing is the bloated dept. No matter what, it all boils down to customer service. At over 200$ a month, I/we deserve better.
@ATTCares My account was hacked into via email. I do not pay online. 150+ extra payment. Transferred to the fraud dept and after 25 min. on hold. I gave up. I have a life to live! How can I get real customer service?
@ATT U know what's a fraud? AT&T Fraud Dept. While I hung up after waiting 25 min. for a live voice, AT&T recording was anxious to sell me something. You're not selling phones et al, you're selling customer service. And so far, AT&T, you suck at this! My time matters.
