Someone told me yesterday it’s so refreshing to see a manager be so public and communicative with fans.

When I took on this role, I never knew where it would lead me or if I’d be right for it. As I came from working in healthcare for majority of my adult career prior and seeing the impact I’m having on people in and out of the industry has warmed my heart.
