My grievance EC2606NEY567 for challan GA4316331251227061253 has been pending since 06-Jan-2026. A valid KA PUC existed but an automatic camera still issued the challan.

Additionally, may I know why Karnataka PUC records are not detected by Goa automatic enforcement systems?
This can lead to incorrect challans for vehicles visiting from other states despite having valid PUC certificates.
