The Pune land scam controversy deepened after Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sushma Andhare produced a document allegedly signed by Parth Pawar, linking him directly to the ₹1,800 crore land purchased for ₹300 crore by Amedea Enterprises LLP. The document reportedly contains Pawar’s signature on a stamp duty waiver resolution by the District Industries Board, which has raised fresh questions about official favoritism.

Activists and opposition leaders including Anjali Damania and Ambadas Danve accused the government of shielding Parth Pawar and manipulating the FIR by omitting his and the company’s names. They have demanded a judicial inquiry headed by a retired High Court judge to ensure transparency and accountability in the investigation.
