@AmericanAir has the absolute worst customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with. They tell you to send them a Direct Message then they never respond back to you. @AmericanAir you need to get better.
Very frustrating travel day. We’re stuck in Charlotte, NC’s airport as all @AmericanAir planes ✈️ across the country are grounded due to an IT glitch in their software.
@AmericanAir Send me a DM that would be great. Also give a call to some of the AA Pilots at Charlotte Airport, they may be able to give you more insight as well. All of your planes are sitting and not moving.

Regardless of who our President is, I have always been fascinated with the office itself and the history of it. This book has gr8 insight and the author @katebrower did a gr8 job putting all of its stories together. I just hope she comes out with an updated version in the future.

I just finished reading the book 📖 Buffalo, Barrels & Bourbon by @paulpacult. What an amazing story of the entire history of @BuffaloTrace and how it came to be the best distillery ever and my favorite. A must read for anyone who loves bourbon. 🥃
@Allegiant trying to purchase tickets for future travel at FWA. Sign says 5-6pm. Employees didn’t show up until 5:40pm and didn’t know anything about selling them. I’ve been waiting 2hrs in line and there’s still several people ahead of us. You can do better! Send help!
