@virginmedia @chrispaston I can’t log in to my virgin media account at all. It just asks me to give them another e mail account which I did. Then told to click a link in an email to the secondary account which I’m not receiving. Why are you doing this. It makes no sense!

@virginmedia Found the e mail in my junk finally but clicking on the link to verify still does not work. Being asked to jump through more and more hoops, asked to change password and more. It feels like perhaps you have been hacked?

@virginmedia @chrispaston I’m having problems too. Now trying to make me jump through hoops when I try to log in. Asking me for another e mail account and asking me to click a link in an email which I’m not receiving. Today of all days when the cricket is coming to an end why are you doing this??
