@INCIndia This government can spend 3000 cr in a statute but it is reluctant to spend for research and researchers who are tirelessly working for science for 14-16hrs in a day. Shame on this government which arrested our scholars who were protesting peacefully for their demands.

@PrakashJavdekar Sir I have qualified CSIR-UGC NET December 2017 with CSIR JRF AIR 36 (Roll No-352580) but CSIR has not issued the certificate yet and for this despite being selected for PhD in CSIR IICB, I have not been able to join my lab yet. Please look into this matter.
