@IndianOilcl (1/2) There is a serious information overlap in indianoil website..i registered with my mobile number, then saw someone elses' info (pan aadhar bank etc)..it's very dangerous..read my complaint at 1-971394353039 & 1-992328002504, nobody could solve since last month!

@airindia one day i saw the case is closed, i did not get any refund , so i sent email again ! and also twitting hoping that AI will take it seriously !

Hi @airindia , I requested for the refund (case id 21998881). Flight AI140 was cancelled on 31 Aug 2023 during boarding at TLV due to technical malfunction, and I cancelled the tkt in presence of the AI representative at TLV, and took an alternative flight.

@airindia Please see the communications (case 21998881) urgently, i uploaded AI boaring pass and also the other airlines boaridng pass, which i took. Every time I am being told that i will get reply asap/withing 7-14 days. but i never got the rsponse until i sent email agian.
