There was no prior intimation before GATE 2026 registration that NIC recruitment would be conducted exclusively through GATE. Due to this lack of clarity, many serious and well-prepared aspirants missed the opportunity to apply, leaving them unfairly disadvantaged. #NICThroughCBT

Lakhs of aspirants are eagerly awaiting the NIC Scientist-B and STA recruitment notification. We respectfully urge the Ministry to conduct the recruitment through a dedicated Computer-Based Test (CBT) instead of relying solely on GATE. There was no prior clarity before GATE 2026 registration, leaving many serious candidates unable to apply. Every year, countless aspirants prepare exclusively for NIC and do not opt for GATE, as their goal is government technical service. Additionally, candidates above 30 consider this a crucial opportunity, and GATE was never clearly mandated earlier for the STA post. A dedicated CBT will ensure fairness, transparency, and equal opportunity for all deserving candidates.

लाखों अभ्यर्थी NIC Scientist-B और Scientific/Technical Assistant (STA) भर्ती अधिसूचना का लंबे समय से इंतजार कर रहे हैं। हम मंत्रालय से विनम्र अनुरोध करते हैं कि भर्ती को केवल GATE स्कोर पर निर्भर न रखकर एक Dedicated CBT परीक्षा के माध्यम से आयोजित किया जाए। GATE 2026 पंजीकरण से पहले कोई स्पष्ट सूचना नहीं दी गई, जिससे कई गंभीर उम्मीदवार आवेदन नहीं कर पाए। हर साल बड़ी संख्या में अभ्यर्थी खासतौर पर NIC के लिए तैयारी करते हैं, लेकिन सभी GATE नहीं देते क्योंकि उनका लक्ष्य सरकारी तकनीकी सेवा है। 30+ आयु के उम्मीदवारों के लिए यह एक अहम अवसर है। साथ ही, पहले STA पद के लिए GATE अनिवार्य होने का स्पष्ट उल्लेख नहीं था। अलग CBT परीक्षा से पारदर्शिता, समान अवसर और निष्पक्ष चयन सुनिश्चित होगा।
