So what happened after this?
They showed us officers “in custody” with their backs turned. No faces, no confirmation, nothing. How are we even sure these are the same people from the video?
Since then… silence.
No update, no clear sanction, no accountability. Just the usual pattern, outrage today, forgotten tomorrow.
This is exactly how cases get swept under the carpet.
The public deserves transparency, not staged damage control.

GOOD MORNING Nigerian Police @PoliceNG and @TunjiDisu1 today is Wednesday.
Today is JUDGEMENT DAY for these criminals desecrating the Police uniform, just as you promised.
I believe these four officers are already in Abuja to face the IGP for disciplinary actions that includes sacking.
The entire public is invested in this case, and we expect more than routine formalities or quiet handshakes behind closed doors.
The same way those innocent boys were publicly traumatised, there should be transparency in whatever decision is reached.
We are watching—very closely.
Hello Nigerian Police, it’s Wednesday already.
We were told these four officers were on their way to Abuja yesterday to face the IGP… but since then, nothing. No update, no statement, just silence.
This can’t be another case that quietly disappears under the rug. Too many people are paying attention now. Nigerians are watching this closely and we deserve clear, public updates.
This shouldn’t end in handshakes and quiet dismissals behind closed doors. The same way those innocent boys were publicly traumatised, there must be visible accountability.
We’re still waiting. Don’t let this fade away.

This is Abel Gershon
He was a 300 level student UniJos. He is a victim of the recent Jos attack by terrorists who the Nigeria govt calls ‘brothers’.
Abel has died after fighting for his life at Jos University Hospital ICU
Pls share for the world to see.
Good morning sir @TunjiDisu1,
It was reported that you ordered the DPO of Satellite Town, Lagos, to bring the officers involved in that disgraceful viral video to Abuja on Wednesday, 8th April 2026, for disciplinary action.
Let’s be very clear Nigerians are tired of hearing about “disciplinary actions” that nobody ever sees. For years, it has been the same empty routine: noise in the media, then silence, and suddenly the same officers are back on the streets harassing citizens like nothing happened.
This time, it must be different.@PoliceNG@PoliceNG_CRU
We demand that this disciplinary process be televised live on social media. Let Nigerians see real accountability for once not another round of “audio punishment” with no visible consequences.
Anything short of transparency will only reinforce the belief that nothing ever truly happens to erring officers.
This is not too much to ask. Nigerians are watching.
Have a good Easter, but more importantly, take action that proves your leadership is not business as usual.

This guy was the most dangerous out of all of them.
He pointed a gun at me and kept threatening me like my life meant nothing. He’s the same one that hit me with the gun, shocked my body, beat me, and even slapped me from behind when I didn’t see it coming.
Out of everyone there, he was the most aggressive. The most dangerous.
He needs to be stopped!!! He is evil!!!

Tiger Base Owerri is a menace; their backyard is littered with shallow graves where innocent Igbo youths were buried after harvesting their organs.
Ndi Igbo — will you speak up NOW?
