@alexelxir Hi there,
Hi there, I'm really sorry to hear about this leak. I have looked into this matter further for you and can see that this area's fresh water is supplied by Portsmouth Water, I would advise contacting them further regarding this matter.
Kind regards,
Lara
@neil_north Hi Neil,
I'm really sorry for the delay. Unfortunately we experienced another leak in the network whilst we were recharging which has caused a delay. This leak has now also been repaired and we are hoping to get the water restored to you within approximately the next couple 1/2

Kind regards,
@sussex_sue possible that two jobs covering the same area can be active at once with one finishing before the other.
I do apologise for any confusion caused by this.
Kind regards, 3/3
@sussex_sue that there were 2 jobs for flushing in this region, the one mentioned above, and another that was carried out between the dates of the 29th of June, and the 10th of July.
When our inspectors perform flushing, they do so over a large area. This means that it is entirely 2/3
@Adam_Holmes introducing a Hosepipe Ban aren't based on a single point in time, but on long-term trends and forecasts, helping us protect supplies for essential use and the environment. We only introduce restrictions when they're considered necessary and after careful assessment.
Kind 2/3
@JackNeedha9540 Hi Jack,
Sorry to hear this. The freshwater in this postcode area is supplied by @SEWaterUK - We deal with the wastewater in this area.
I hope this gets resolved for you.
Kind regards,
Kayleigh
@razzasouthward notified, then letter drops have been known to be carried out by the contractors, so I'm genuinely sorry that you haven't received anything. I have of course fed this back to the relevant parties, but due to the time, they likely won't pick this up until the morning. 2/2
@razzasouthward I'm not disputing that at all, as I completely agree that prior notification would have been the correct thing to do. Normally, when works like this are being carried out, our particular team would be notified and we'd send out texts to the impacted areas, and if we're not 1/2
@razzasouthward other ongoing works in the area, to prevent clashes etc. We're just trying to contact the out of hours representative to pass on your comments about prior notification, because it seems as though this was planned works, and there should have been some sort of prior 2/3
