Not sure why everyone is freaking out that the Mavericks are moving to the burbs…

Downtown Arenas and stadiums are dinosaurs…

Society and culture have changed, and folks don’t like downtown areas anymore…

And arenas do nothing but clog up traffic and stop flow…

They are very inconvenient
