This is called “brandishing” and when you do it to someone’s face, it is legally considered assault.
You do NOT have the right to point a gun in the face of an unarmed protestor, especially when you out number them, and have other options for de-escalation.
This is a CLEAR crime.
Hi @DHSgov,
We’re the folks who reported the facts you’re now dismissing.
So just a reminder:
We found 170+ cases of immigration agents detaining U.S. citizens this year. In dozens of cases, charges have never been filed or the cases were dismissed.
Among the detained: nearly 20 children, including two with cancer.

I've attended recent NRA conventions and have heard members tell me that one of their fears -- and a rationale for gun ownership -- was the possibility that armed federal agents (wearing pandemic masks to conceal their identity) would come to their communities.
Wow. Police scanner captures the incident in Chicago.
ICE agents shot a woman through the windshield in the arm and leg. "They jumped out and started shooting at her," the victim said, according to the officer. She went to the police for help.
"I don't know if she bumped them, and they took off," the officer said, "but she ended up here."
An ambulance was called, and it's now being investigated as a crime scene. #Chicago
🚨 New directive NSPM-7 targets "anti-capitalism," “anti-Christian,” and “anti-American" opinions as indicators of extremist violence, authorizing an army of 4,000 counter-terrorism officers to prevent crimes that haven't happened:

@Nutzypoo_ttv Federal baseball club vs National League will go down as the reason for why MLB is tanking in popularity and why the USA is no longer the best at baseball.
