@BashirAhmaad Because the Heart of the "Black man is black. Added to that was the involvement of the Colonialists who gave us the impression that we are born to serve them. Walter Rodney novel on how " Europe Underdeveloped Africa" is a good account of the master slaves relationship between us
@MobilePunch This is a new Nigeria, people must obey the law of the land. We have many registered Political Parties in the country, and if they are moribund, they should put their house together. What I noticed about those who are registering political party in Nigeria is to accumulate wealth
It would be suicidal and a direct path to national decline for Nigeria to entrust its future to someone as visionless as Peter Obi.
His greatest strength appears to be criticizing the government, often without offering any practical or workable solutions to the very problems he condemns.
If he is not as empty and intellectually bankrupt as many have come to believe, he would never have claimed that the government is attempting to conceal its failures by focusing on what he described as a "charade election." President Tinubu has consistently acknowledged the challenges confronting the nation and has repeatedly assured Nigerians that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
More importantly, at no point has he abandoned the business of governance to focus on the next election, contrary to the claims of @PeterObi who is not arguably the most reckless presidential candidates in Nigeria's history.
Ultimately, if Obi is not politically half-baked and fundamentally illogical, how does he justify describing an election in which he is actively participating as a charade election?
If this is not outright foolishness, intellectual bankruptcy and a chronic inability to think through one's own arguments before speaking, then what is? It is difficult to imagine a more self-defeating position than participating in an election while simultaneously condemning it as a charade.
