If someone broke their leg, you wouldn’t try to operate. You’d simply do what you can to get them help.

Supporting someone with mental health is very similar. So let’s not be afraid to intervene because we don’t feel “qualified” to do so. Do what you can, but don’t avoid it.

No, we need to stop looking for the 1 in 4.

We need to stop judging ourselves if we are the 1 in 4.

Instead, we need to remember it’s 1 in 1.

We all have mental health. We all need support and education on how to look after it.
