Some actually have power and some just promises.
Some raise cash with stock and some fund with debt
@Biotech2k1 i guess my thesis is that with AI, maybe they don't deserve those high p/s anymore.
even if they survive their margins and growth may slow down, but I guess there will always be winners and losers in the software space
@scotto2050@Redwire Why everyone think they will be selling instead of already sold? Only the company itself has to pre-announce selling shares. Equity owners only declare after shares are sold

@Biotech2k1 The problem is that all these software companies had been priced as "bonds" with high price/sales ratios assuming increasing cash flow over 20 years.
That assumption is no longer valid and rerate to be priced like "normal" stocks
