Yes, I want to provide your pets the healthcare they need, but maybe postpone the non-essentials for now. That nail trim isn’t urgent. We can push your annual exam a bit. And please don’t come into the clinic when you are sick - if your pet needs to be seen, send a proxy.

@emmamilnethevet They have been open only a few weeks, have sent RCVS a complaint - also as one of their vets is listed as a “canine fertility specialist” As far as I can see no such thing exists on find a vet. Ethically wrong feel very uneasy about it and not sure what to do!
