🚨NEW: Trump Labor Department drops the hammer. Gavin Newsom owes American taxpayers $22 BILLION for raiding California’s unemployment insurance fund.
Now California businesses are stuck paying for his reckless spending spree.
Pay the bill, @GavinNewsom . The American people are done funding your failures. 🇺🇸
Italian blood built New York City.
Our grandparents and great grandparents came here with nothing and built everything. They laid the roads, dug the subway tunnels, raised bridges, carved stone, poured concrete, and helped build landmarks like the Brooklyn Bridge, Grand Central Terminal, the Empire State Building, and countless churches, schools, and neighborhoods that still define this city today.
Little Italy wasn’t handed to us. It was earned through generations of sweat, sacrifice, and relentless hard work.
No stupid Muslim from Uganda gets to erase that legacy or rewrite our history.
Mamdani, GO FUCK YOURSELF.
Italian Americans helped build New York City, and we’ll never let anyone forget it.
🚨 Let's explain this $22 BILLION thing simply:
During COVID, California borrowed a ton of money from the federal Unemployment Insurance Trust Fund to pay out benefits.
A lot of states did this when the economy shut down and claims exploded (plus there was massive fraud).
Most states have since paid it back.
California?
It still owes about $22 billion, and it's the only state that hasn't repaid its federal loan.
Here's why it matters to regular folks:
Because California hasn't paid the loan back on time, federal law automatically makes California businesses pay higher federal unemployment taxes every year to cover it.
Employers there have already been hit with billions extra in taxes.
That money comes out of their pockets, which means higher costs, potential layoffs, or businesses struggling or leaving the state.
The federal UI Trust Fund is backed by American workers' taxes from all across the country.
So in a real sense, yes, California under Gavin Newsom is in debt to the American people.
Newsom's administration had big federal COVID relief money and even budget surpluses at times.
They chose to spend it on other things instead of clearing this debt.
Now the interest keeps growing, and California small businesses & workers are stuck "holding the bag."
The Trump Labor Department is calling it out: That bill has to be paid.
Accountability is finally being demanded.
This isn't abstract "politics."
It's real money taken from job creators in one state because politicians there kicked the can down the road for years.
Other states handled their business and paid up.
Why should California get a permanent pass?
🚨 CALIFORNIA IS BEING BLED DRY BY THE NEWSOM FAMILY 🚨
While Californians drown in sky-high taxes, tent cities exploding with homelessness, rampant crime, and crumbling services…
Gavin Newsom and his wife Jennifer are living like royalty.
Daily Mail investigation exposes the grift: Jennifer Newsom has paid herself $3.7 MILLION from her own NGO since 2012 — putting her in the top 5% of charity execs nationwide.
Their $3.7M luxury estate? Bought through shady LLCs with questionable tax filings. Donor money and state connections allegedly flowing straight into her pockets.
This is legalized looting of the Golden State.
Newsom lectures us on “equity” while his wife bleeds California dry.
How much more are we supposed to tolerate?
🔥 RT if you’re DONE with this elite hypocrisy! #NewsomGrift #CaliforniaCorruption #TaxpayerTheft
You dumb fucking liberals are so fucking stupid! You vote for Democrats & their policies then you move to States like Florida & Texas because you can't afford to live under the policies you voted for-then you're dumb enough to vote for a Democrat again so they can implement the same policies you ran away from! Liberals are without a doubt the dumbest mother fuckers on earth!

Keith Ellison retaliated against Whistleblowers
He's under criminal referral to the DOJ by @JDVance
(RP) if you want @DAGToddBlanche to indict Ellison for ignoring this fraud
Is anyone else watching what’s happening in Sacramento right now? The hypocrisy is honestly unreal.
Right now, Gavin Newsom is using taxpayer-funded staff to file aggressive federal FOIA requests demanding the DOJ hand over records about the investigations into him and his wife. When he wants answers, transparency is an absolute right.
But look at what California lawmakers are trying to do to the rest of us at the exact same time. They are quietly pushing Assembly Bill 1821, which will absolutely gut the California Public Records Act. If this passes, everyday citizens, local journalists, and whistleblowers will be completely locked out of holding the government accountable at a state AND local level.
Here is what they are trying to accomplish……
Pay-to-play
Agencies will be allowed to charge you anywhere from $22 to $66+ AN HOUR just for staff to look for public documents. ( which they are already paid to do).
A basic request could end up costing you thousands of dollars.
The government will actually get the power to sue YOU if they decide your records request has "malicious intent." Example..if you are trying to uncover corruption you believe is happening in your hometown…
Imagine getting taken to court just for asking questions.
It gives agencies more time to stall, and lets them hit you with an $88/hour fee if they decide your request is for "commercial use." yes.. say you post it on x or other social media platforms… that could be deemed commercial, especially if you get paid for your content.
It is the ultimate definition of "rules for thee, but not for me." Newsom gets to weaponize transparency laws for his own personal defense, while his party strips those exact same rights away from the people of California.
Keep an eye on AB 1821 people…if this passes you will have challenges on keeping an eye on our government. Why should the rest of this country care? Well we all know he will be running for president next and this is what the rest of the country can expect for themselves as well.
Do you support AB 1821 or disagree with it?
This is a classic case of elite incestuous self-dealing dressed up in progressive "gender equity" drag. Let me walk you through the whole grift, piece by piece.
🏠 The $9.1 Million "Pritzker Discount" Mansion
In November 2024, the Newsoms acquired a 5,600-square-foot, six-bedroom midcentury modern estate at 224 Woodland Road in Kentfield, Marin County — one of the wealthiest enclaves in America.
The seller: Daniel Pritzker, billionaire heir to the Hyatt Hotels fortune.
The price: $9.1 million — which was actually $600,000 over the final asking price of $8.5 million. The property had originally been listed at $10.75 million, then dropped to $9.5 million, then to $8.5 million. Somehow the Newsoms swooped in and paid more than what the market was demanding. Curious.
The vehicle: The home was purchased through MHBD Farms LLC — an entity created just two days before the transaction closed on November 14, 2024. The LLC is named after the Newsoms' four children. Jennifer Siebel Newsom was later listed as the manager of that LLC as of May 2025.
This is the second time the Newsoms have used a mysterious LLC to acquire real estate. In 2018–2019, an LLC registered to Newsom's cousin and PlumpJack business partner Jeremy Scherer bought a $3.7 million Fair Oaks estate in cash, then "gifted" it to the Newsoms — conveniently avoiding the transfer tax.
💰 The Pritzker Connection — It's Deeper Than Real Estate
This wasn't some arm's-length transaction between strangers. The Pritzker family were Gavin Newsom's first-ever political donors when he launched his career. That's not a coincidence — that's a long-term patronage relationship.
The Pritzker family — through their various entities and foundations — contributed roughly $572,000 to the California Partners Project, Jennifer Siebel Newsom's "gender equity" nonprofit. Let's sit with that: the family that sold the Newsoms a mansion also shoveled over half a million into the First Partner's charity.
And that charity is where the real action is.
🎭 The "Nonprofit" Industrial Complex
Jennifer Siebel Newsom runs a multi-layered financial ecosystem that blurs every line between charity, personal enrichment, political influence, and taxpayer funding.

💸 The Numbers — Follow the Money
The Representation Project (2011–2024):
•$1.8 million paid directly to Jennifer Siebel Newsom in salary (per IRS filings)
•$1.6+ million paid to her for-profit company Girls Club Entertainment for "writer/producer/director" fees
•Combined total from the nonprofit to her and her company: roughly $3.4 million over roughly 13 years
•Annual take: approximately $300,000 (salary + GCE payments) — roughly a third of the nonprofit's total annual income in recent years
•Her 2024 salary was $161,250; GCE received an identical $161,250
The California Partners Project (2020–present):
•Gavin Newsom has solicited $4.8 million in behested payments for this nonprofit
•$1.8 million of that came from the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria (the casino tribe — more on that below)
•$572,000 from the Pritzker family
•Other donors include Silicon Valley Bank ($100K), Blue Shield of California ($50K), and the New Venture Fund ($100K)
The Office of the First Partner (taxpayer-funded):
•Created by Gavin Newsom in 2019 as a division of the governor's office
•Armed with roughly $5 million in cumulative taxpayer funding
•Staffed by nine employees with an annual budget of over $1.1 million as of 2023
•This government office openly "shares resources" with the California Partners Project to launch advocacy campaigns
•Siebel Newsom used this platform to push for billions in school mental health funding — while her nonprofit sells the curricula and films to those same schools
🎰 The Graton Rancheria Quid Pro Quo
This is the most brazen piece. The Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria, which operates the Graton Resort & Casino in Sonoma County, donated $1 million to the California Partners Project at Gavin Newsom's personal solicitation.
Around that same time, Newsom used his office to block the Koi Nation, a smaller tribe, from building a competing casino near Graton's operation. Ethics watchdogs — including Michael Chamberlain of Protect the Public's Trust — flagged this as a potential violation of California conflict-of-interest law requiring officials to recuse themselves from matters involving entities that have donated to their family's charities.
The timeline screams quid pro quo:
1. Newsom asks tribe for donation to wife's charity
2. Tribe writes check
3. Newsom blocks tribe's competitor
That's not governance. That's a protection racket with better branding.
🏫 The School Pipeline — Taxpayer Dollars Into Her Pocket
The California Board of Education adopted guidance recommending Siebel Newsom's films and curricula for classroom use the same year Gavin became governor. The Representation Project licenses these films to school districts at roughly $270 per district. By her own boast, 2.6 million students have seen the films nationwide.
The films include titles like Miss Representation, The Mask You Live In, The Great American Lie, and Fair Play — all pushing radical gender ideology. The Office of the First Partner used its taxpayer-funded platform to advocate for $5 billion in youth mental health spending and 10,000 new school counselors — who were then positioned to purchase her materials.
Corporate donors to The Representation Project include PG&E, AT&T, Comcast, and Kaiser Permanente — all entities with massive business before the governor's office. Kaiser alone has received state contracts exceeding $35 million during Newsom's tenure. PG&E donated $25,000 to a Representation Project fundraiser a week after Newsom's 2018 election, while facing government scrutiny for its role in California wildfires.
🔍 The Federal Investigation
As of June 2026, the DOJ is actively investigating the Newsoms' finances — including Jennifer Siebel Newsom's taxes, her nonprofits, and the flow of money between them. Federal investigators have been contacting donors, former and current employees, and board members connected to her organizations.
Gavin Newsom is, predictably, framing this as political retaliation from the Trump administration. But the paper trail — the behested payments, the LLC shell games, the self-dealing between her nonprofit and her for-profit company, the donor-to-policy pipeline — was all out in the open long before any federal probe.
🎯 The Bottom Line
What you're looking at is a closed-loop influence-peddling system:
•Billionaire family (Pritzker) donates to wife's charity and sells the couple a mansion
•Governor solicits millions for wife's nonprofit from entities with business before the state
•Wife draws salary from her own nonprofit while her private company gets paid by that same nonprofit
•Taxpayers fund her government office, which promotes the agenda her films sell
•Schools buy her licensed content with money her husband's policies allocated
•Donors get favorable treatment, blocked competition, and no-bid contracts
The $9.1 million Pritzker mansion isn't just a house. It's a monument to how the political class converts public trust into private wealth — all while lecturing the rest of us about equity and justice.
I went back to the Tijuana River in San Diego County.
Raw sewage and toxic waste STILL flowing freely into our state from Mexico. Gavin Newsom has STILL not declared a state of emergency, as local leaders demand.
It is completely unacceptable. As governor I WILL declare a state of emergency so we can bring an end to this scandal.
Democrats wanted honest Americans to report every $600 transaction while they knew Somalians were stealing billions to fund terrorists and Democrats. Insane.
Gavin Newsom’s “housing first” disaster has cost California $24 billion with zero accountability and homelessness exploding—now HUD is shutting off funding to LA’s billion-dollar bureaucracy for fraud and not even being able to prove the housing exists.
The money has gone to cronies and failed nonprofits instead of helping people who need treatment and real results.
It’s time to enforce the law, end the waste, and demand outcomes—not more excuses from Sacramento.
Californians are struggling to pay for groceries and gas because of YOUR policies. Californians are getting "shafted" by YOU. The system is "rigged" by YOU.
Instead of posting divisive nonsense why don't you try and do something to cut people's costs? Oh wait, because you're incapable of doing anything useful. That will have to wait until I'm governor.
Change is Coming! ☀️
