@maahirpanchal @RustyRishii Not a single aspect is better in manufacturing than IT. An average software engineer has better life than some of the top manufacturing job workers and also no surety of work in manufacturing either they can fire you anytime that too without any compensation like in IT

@buildxrajesh Software engineers are unaware of ground reality and live in their own world . Non tech people work 3x harder for lesser money with minimum growth. While people switch for tech roles for betterment in everything, the opposite never happens
