@CrossCountryUK@GarethCeredig I've been at Bristol TM plenty of times when there's hundreds of people waiting for a service towards Exeter, and when it arrives, instead of putting additional carriages on, they take some OFF.!!!!
@GWRHelp I arrived at West Ealing about 20 mins ago, walked up to the Greenford train, and the doors closed before I could get on. And now the rest are saying cancelled, what's going on?
@TLRailUK I've noticed more of your trains lately don't have WiFi on board. For a regular traveller on a certain route, one never knows whether they'll get WiFi or not? I'm pretty sure all of your trains offered it at one point, is there a particular reason for the reduction?
@sainsburys 3/3.... within 3 mins of purchase, and the burger inside was almost stone cold.
Overall, I am thoroughly unhappy. Won't be buying that again, or possibly any "hot" food from here.
@sainsburys 2/3.... has been a nice enjoyable fillet in a bun. However, this time, it is obvious from the picture that this is an inferior chopped/reformed chicken burger. Totally different, and not very pleasant eat.
2) I expect hot counter food to be hot. I got to my train...
@sainsburys 1/2 Hi, I'm writing, unfortunately, to say I am unhappy with one pd your products - the "southern fried style chicken fillet in a bap" from your hot counter. I have a couple of issues with this.
1) Chicken fillet?? I've had this product several times before, and...
@sb_batty@SW_Help From what i've seen/heard, it appears they're not really interested in the 5car sets, so I guess they'll end up floating around looking for another taker
@DorsetPenny@SW_Help Another example of someone who makes a nonsensical and insensitive comment then runs off. I'd like to have thought someone who's held a position of high esteem such as yourself would think before you said things like this.
@SW_Help Hi, I've been told a few services have been able to divert via the richmond/staines/woking route, eg. 1550 waterloo to salisbury, 1553 waterloo to alton, but I see no mention of this on here? Thanks.
@GWRHelp Hi, do you have any upgrades planned for the route between Bristol TM and Taunton/Exeter? It strikes me that this is a major artery on this part of the rail network, and for many years has only had 1tph crosscountry (overcrowded), and ~1tph gwr (via slow weston route).?
@SW_Help OK not to worry, I was just checking to see if you were enabling your customers ticket acceptance via gwr to avoid the delay caused by the amendments. (ps: Woking to Exeter return is Β£49.95 via swr, or Β£104.20 via gwr. That's why I was asking)
@SW_Help Hi, I see you have effectively halved your services from Waterloo to Exeter St David's, with now only one every two hours going the full distance. Am I to assume you have ticket acceptance in place with gwr via any reasonable route? Thanks.
